The key topics of the course are: <ul><li>the main RE activities and good RE practices</li><li>discovering customer and user needs</li><li>customer value creation and customer value evaluation</li><li>linking RE with long-term planning and development</li><li>critical and creative thinking in RE</li><li>sustainability of digital services</li></ul>
